- Full spectrum of HR functions.
- Oversee staff attendance, leave applications, employees file and database, all sensitive information of employees and company
- Manage the compensation and benefits program: payroll, income tax, insurances, funds, allowances and other related.
- Establish and maintain effective training and development system
- Develop and maintain Human Resources policies, working rules and practices
- To support and coordinate with Japanese expats, MEP Engineering Dept., Accounting Division
General Affair
- Oversee office supplies and services such as housekeeping service, stationary, building access card, staff business card, reception, office layout.
- Car arrangement - company car permission, car maintenance, parking, passes and gasoline card, car rental and leasing fee and insurance
- Handle visa and work permit matters
- Reception and arrangement of guests and visitors such as driver arrangement, hotel reservation, air ticket, etc.
- IT supports and office tech- setting e-mail, pc, telephone lines, photocopier, shredding machine, etc.
- Female or Male, 28-40 years old and above
- Graduated with Japanese language (N2 N1) and above
- Able to work overtime
- Able to use computer well
